I’ve been where you are - burnt out, overwhelmed, and feeling like I’m doing literally everything but still not feeling my best and then not knowing what to change. Yoga and nutrition transformed my life, and now I’m here to guide you through your own path to feeling informed and empowered to support your health.
A BSc in Genetics and over 20 years studying how the body works. A Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy Diploma with Distinction. Over 1,000 hours of yoga training. I combine the rigour of science with a real understanding of how stress, sleep, movement, and food connect.
I lost my father to cancer in my early twenties, and it changed how I think about health for good. What nourishes one person’s body can actively work against another’s, which is why I look at your individual biology, not a generic protocol. We find the root cause. We do not just manage symptoms.
I work with women who have been told by their GP that everything looks fine, but who know something isn’t right.
