Eat without the internal score-card

The Full Picture.

Three months of 1:1 naturopathic nutritional therapy, for women who have already tried optimising

I’m Ashley. Registered Nutritional Therapist, BSc in Genetics, 14 years of teaching yoga. Together we work out what your body has been trying to tell you, with no tracking and no scores.

Does this sound like you?

It is 11pm and you are typing into your phone:

"Best protein for women in their 30s, vegetarian"

"Magnesium for sleep, do I need it"

"Is orange wine healthier than regular wine”

Or you have photographed your lunch and asked ChatGPT if there is enough protein in it?

On paper, you are the healthy one.

You move most days.

You read the labels.

You know more about nutrition than anyone you work with.

And your body is still talking back. Bloating you cannot explain. Skin that flares for no reason you can find. Afternoons where the fog rolls in no matter what you ate.

Your GP says everything looks fine.

The internet says buy another supplement.

And underneath it all sits the part you rarely say out loud: you have a challenging history with food. You have worked hard to heal it, and the checking, the scoring, the underlying vigilance never fully switched off.

Here is what this work offers instead:

  • The whole picture, looked at properly with expert eyes. Symptoms, history, sleep, stress, cycle and food in one place, with a practitioner trained to read the thread between them.

  • A way out of the scorecard. Structure and support to help you step out of tracking and back into eating from instinct.

  • A plan that ends. Three months, then the plan is yours. No subscription, no dependence.

Imagine this, three months from now:

Dinner with friends where you order what you fancy and don’t have to think about it or feel guilty. A glass of orange wine by the canal, enjoying the moment instead of thinking about making up for it later. A camera roll with no photos of your lunch. Evenings where the question “was that enough protein” simply does not come up, because you already understand what your body needs and why.

That is the direction this work points. I will not promise you outcomes, because no honest practitioner can.

What I can promise is the structure, the attention, and a plan built for your body, designed to support exactly this kind of shift.

Client messages:

The part nobody has said out loud:

Somewhere along the way you concluded the problem is you. You need more discipline. A better protocol. More data. Then you’ll have it sorted, right?

I see it differently. Every tool you have been asking for help can do one thing: optimise. A meal photo shows Claude the macros. It cannot see that you slept five hours, that your job runs on adrenaline, that your cycle has shifted, or that “eat more protein” lands very differently for a woman with your history.

The phone cannot see disordered eating. It can only optimise.

A trained human sitting across from you reads what an app never will.

Skin, nails, hair, tongue, energy, the thread that runs through your symptoms and your story. Then she helps you work out what is going on, at your pace.

I did not come to this work casually. I lost my dad to cancer in my early twenties. That is why I studied genetics, and why I worked in cancer research at the Cross Cancer Institute before yoga changed the course of my life. Prevention, for me, is personal.

I also know the other side of wellness from the inside. I have burnt out. I’ve restricted. Counted every calorie. Starved myself. I live with OCD tendencies I manage rather than deny, so I know exactly how a healthy habit becomes a cage. It is why nothing in my practice involves a tracking app, a leaderboard or a score. Those play straight into a restrictive narrative my mind is already prone to, and they only create unnecessary stress and anxiety

The numbers behind the name: a BSc in Genetics. More than 20 years studying how the body works, across molecular biology, organic chemistry, genetics, cancer research, anatomy, yoga and nutrition. 16 years practising yoga and 14 years teaching it, 11 of those in London. Trained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, in practice for 2 years.

The Full Picture: Three months. Four parts.

1. The first session. One 90-minute consultation covering every system: digestion, skin, hair, sleep, energy, hormones, anxiety, muscles, breathing. Your full health history and your history with food, held without judgement.

2. Your protocol. A personalised nutrition and lifestyle protocol written for your body and your working hours, delivered after the consultation, with every recommendation explained. You get the mechanism, never just the instruction.

3. The adjustments. Four 45-minute follow-ups, one roughly every three weeks. We review your plan, your supplements and a simple food and symptom diary (what you ate, how you felt, no numbers) and adjust as your body responds. Real change takes time and tweaks.

4. Between sessions. WhatsApp support, Monday to Friday, replies within 48 hours. Voice notes, photos, screenshots. The question you would otherwise take to ChatGPT at 11pm comes to a human who knows your case.

Where functional testing (blood, stool, hair minerals, DUTCH, OAT) would genuinely add information, I recommend it from the first consultation. Tests are optional, case by case, and billed separately by the labs.

And The Full Picture is built to finish. You leave with the plan, the understanding behind it, and the confidence to run your own food choices without me on retainer.

Your first step is free. Book your 15-minute discovery call below:

The Full Picture is for you if:

  • You are a woman with a demanding career and your body is surfacing something specific: gut symptoms, bloating, skin flare-ups, fatigue, a disrupted cycle.

  • You already eat well by every measurable definition, and that is exactly why you are stuck.

  • You have done the rounds. Tracking apps, wearables, gut supplements, the protein scoop, the internet. Some of it helped. Most of it added noise.

  • You have a history with food (restriction, rules, hyper-vigilance, an eating disorder you have worked hard to heal) and you want a practitioner who treats that history as central information in how we work.

  • You want the mechanism explained. You are science-literate and you will not be sold woo.

And it is the wrong fit if:

  • You want a diet, a number on the scale, or weight loss as the primary goal. That is the culture this work exists to counter.

  • You want supplements without the lifestyle work.

  • You want to outsource the thinking. This is collaborative from the first session to the last.

  • You want indefinite monthly check-ins. The Full Picture ends on purpose.

What it costs, and what it sits next to:

Comparable three-month 1:1 nutritional therapy with a science-credentialed practitioner in London runs £900 to £2,000.

The Full Picture is £950. Pay in full, or 3 × £320, or 2 × £475.

You will notice there is no wall of testimonials on this page. I keep this practice deliberately small, a maximum of three clients at any one time, so every case gets my full attention. I would rather show you how I work than tell you. The free 15-minute call is exactly that.

Questions you might be asking:

Why pay £950 when ChatGPT is free? ChatGPT optimises the meal in the photo. It does not know you, cannot read your skin, nails and energy across three months, and cannot tell when ‘more protein’ is the wrong advice for the woman asking. You have already run the free experiment. If it were going to work, it would have worked by now. The 15-minute call will show you the difference faster than this page can.

I already eat well. What would we work on? Yours is the case this work was built for. When food quality is already high and symptoms persist, the work moves to the pattern: timing, stress load, sleep, absorption, how your systems interact. That is what a 90-minute full-history consultation is for.

Is this a diet? Will I be given macros to hit? No. No calorie targets, no macro counting, no tracking apps. You get a protocol (foods to bring in, habits to adjust, and the reasons why) reviewed and adjusted with you every three weeks.

I have a history with food. Will this stir it all up? Your history shapes everything about how we go, and we go at your pace. Nothing in this work asks you to restrict, score or track, and I am open about my own patterns, OCD tendencies among them, because I know how wellness culture can turn care into vigilance. If you are currently in treatment for an eating disorder, tell me on the call and we will work out together whether now is the right time.

Do I have to buy supplements and tests? No. Supplements come in only where your case calls for them, and functional testing is optional and billed separately by the labs. The work stands on food and lifestyle first.

How much time does this take? One 90-minute consultation, four 45-minute sessions across three months, a few minutes with your diary most days, and WhatsApp when you need it. It is built around an 11pm-finish kind of job, because that is who I work with.

What happens after the three months? You keep the plan and the understanding behind it. The Full Picture is designed to support you to run your own food choices with confidence, without ongoing support from me. If you ever want a one-off review later, that door stays open.

Not ready for three months? The Foundation (£285) is the smaller starting point: the same 90-minute consultation, your personalised protocol, and one follow-up around six weeks in. On the call we will work out which one fits, if either.

Where this leaves you

You have spent years being the healthy one in the room while privately running the numbers on every meal. Three months of proper attention on that, with a practitioner who reads the full picture and works it out with you, could leave you somewhere different: ordering without checking, eating without scoring, trusting your own plate again.

Book your free 15-minute discovery call. You talk, I listen, and we work out the right next step: The Full Picture, The Foundation, or neither.
